Understanding Classification Results

Human vs Bot

The human field indicates whether the IP is likely associated with a human user (true) or automated bot traffic (false).

  • true: Likely residential, mobile, or office IP
  • false: Known hosting provider, datacenter, VPN, proxy, or bot network

Certainty Score

The certainty field (0-100) indicates our confidence in the classification.

  • 75-100: High confidence - strong signal
  • 50-74: Medium confidence - good signal
  • 25-49: Low confidence - weak signal
  • 0-24: Very low confidence - minimal signal

Private IP Addresses
